To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data based on your consent (for example, when authorizing social login or submitting a form), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, and compliance with legal obligations, in line with LGPD articles 7 and 11.

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or improper disclosure. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

8. Your rights

Under the LGPD, you may request at any time: confirmation of processing, access to your data, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about sharing with third parties, and withdrawal of consent (including disconnecting social login).
